Director: PT Kunhi Muhammed
Cast: Mohanlal, Shweta Menon, Jagathy Sreekumar, Zeenath, Padmapriya, Siddique, Lakshmy Gopalaswamy, TG Ravi etc.
The film has a great plot, a good screenplay, and could have been a cult classic if it was directed by some experienced director. I'm not saying it is a bad film, but it could have been better if handled by somebody else...
The dialogues were top-notch, and the dubbing artists also did a wonderful job (The actress Zeenath rendered her voice for Shweta Menon in the movie)
Some excellent situations in the movie were:
1. 'Thattam Pidichu' song
2. Mohanlal's first return from Karachi
3. Mohanlal trying to escape from Police towards the climax.
Coming to the performances, Mohanlal is stunning, what an actor!!!
He has magic in each of his expressions...
Shweta Menon was also equally good, she is highly underrated actress, i guess..
Among the others, all did well, some scenes were highly dramatic, and some expressions of TG Ravi were also somewhat dramatic..
Nevertheless, it is a very good cinematic experience, go buy a DVD and watch it, otherwise download it and enjoy!!!
